Founders
Pearline and Raymond opened St Peters Hall in 1991. Their aim was to support citizens leaving hospital to learn the daily living skills required to live independently in the community. This at the time was a rare concept. The idea was a success and the home has developed into what it is today.

Care manager
Samantha joined St Peters Hall in 2008, initially working as a care assistant and becoming Care Manager in 2019. Samantha works closely with citizens and staff alike to support and guide them in a range of areas. Samantha advocates for citizens and staff alike, promoting a positive mental attitude which influences the home is run. Since taking on the role of Care Manager, she has worked to prepare the home for a greener and more sustainable future.

Deputy manager
Moodea joined St Peters Hall in 2019. An asset to the company, her ability to empathise, lead and support citizens and staff alike has seen her move from a care assistant to Deputy manager in a short time. She is currently undertaking her Leader in Adult Care level 5. Moodea has a wealth of experience in healthcare that she brings with her and implements in her daily working.

All care staff within our facility are held to rigorous standards, ensuring the highest quality of care for our citizens. As a fundamental part of our commitment to excellence, all team members are required to undergo a comprehensive and ongoing training program. This includes a minimum level of training encompassing essential skills and knowledge necessary for providing compassionate and proficient care. We believe in empowering our staff with the tools they need to meet the diverse needs of our citizens, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development and uphold the highest standards of care to ensure the well-being of those entrusted to our home.

All staff are minimum of NVQ or equivalent Level 2 trained.
