Recruitment process...

The interview process consists of two parts. Initially, candidates undergo a brief English and grammar test followed by a formal interview conducted by the Care and Deputy Manager. The second part takes place in a relaxed setting where citizens, if they wish, can attend. This session allows them to pose questions and actively participate in the selection of their caregivers.

Upon reaching a decision, successful candidates will receive a job offer contingent upon the provision of two professional references, evidence of relevant certificates, and an up-to-date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
